Prep Fluid is NOT intended to be a stand-alone operating coolant, but as a flush only.

Any superstitions on race day? Before race ritual, on the line: leg shakes, head shakes, crack knuckles on the seat, deep breath…in that order!

Favorite pre-race meal: starch/protein meal night before
